Helicopter Underwater Egress Device.
Once strapped in, the students are rolled inverted in the water to simulate a helicopter roll over.
This training has been very effective in teaching students that egress from an upside down position is possible. Should they encounter this event in a live senerio, they will know how to stay calm while making their egress.
